Trauma Team allows players to play as 6 specialists in the medical field (6 game modes) in the effort to treat patients and save lives. The series moved to a more realistic view than the past games, which have a bit more fiction.
The review is kinda long, so please bear with me.

A young man who is imprisoned after getting involved in a biochemical attack in a university, which killed several people. He lost his memory after the incident, not knowing himself, whether he really did commit the attack or not, and why, but he did not forget his surgical skills. CR-S01 is his code number in the prison.

In this mode, you perform surgery and use special tools to help you treat the patient's wounds and save their lives.

A doctor with high spirit, and the first one to arrive on the scene. Although she gets angry on simple things, and lacks patience, she can get the job done. She relies on herself more than anyone, making her hard to work with.

In this mode, you provide first aid, like for example when an accident occures; you will be the first person to arrive there and treat heavy wounds on patients before they get transported to the hospital. The gameplay is similar to surgery, but you use fewer tools, special tools not included in surgery, and must treat several patients at the same time.

Here, you must treat disorders in the patient's skeletal system using special tools. The key for successful operations is steady hands and concentration. Follow the guidelines on the screen and perform the required maneuvers using the Wii Remote.

Dr. Tachibana is the daughter of the head of a powerful Japanese ninja clan. She decided to move away from the luxury life and moved to the United States in order to learn to live on her own. She is calm and graceful, allowing her to get past hard situations. She is accompanied by her butler, Hanzou, and always provides assistance, and is loyal to her.

In this mode, you use the endoscope to treat patients while putting as little stress on their body as possible. Controlling the endoscope efficiently, and recognizing the tools best used for the job, are key factors for a successful operation.

Gabriel Cunningham, Diagnosis (تشخيص)

One of the oldest doctors to serve in Resurgam. His intelligence and ability to identify the illness the patient have made him one of the finest medical minds in Resurgam. However, though he has those characteristics, his ability to care about the people he is helping is falling low.

Here you play to identify what sort of illness the patient is suffering from. You have to question them, use some tools like stethoscope, do visual exams, do blood tests and compare them to the normal levels, and do CT scans, X-ray, MRI and other images in the Image Analysis Lab. There are three areas in which you must work in here: the office where you decide what is the illness is, exam room where the patient is located, question them and do visual exams, and the Image Analysis Lab where you perform the X-ray etc. For this mode to be enjoyable, you need to use your mind and be understandable, because there will be alot of reading to do and comparing. Otherwise it will just get boring quick.

In this mode, you examine dead bodies and investigate crime scenes in order to determine what is the cause of death. You closely examine dead bodies to reveal clues, use specific tools in the crime scene like powder (reveal finger prints), spray (reveal bloodspots), magnifying glass and others to collect data and evidence to help you for solving the case. This mode is similar to the diagnosis, where it requires a sharp and an understanding mind in order to enjoy and finish cases, and there will also be alot to reading and answering questions to do, otherwise it will just get boring, however getting to the truth, that is where it is surprising and shocking.

Story
The plot of the game is so twisted and filled with drama, and all doctors play their role in order fight an unknown disease which is slowly spreading all across the country, and discover where it's coming from. Is it a bioterrorist attack, a natural phenomenon, or something else… ?

Graphics
Atlus is famous for its hand drawn and anime-ish style artwork. The artwork in cut scenes is detailed, bright, and well polished. Magnificent, however most are repeated in all cut scenes, meaning there are not alot of beautiful artwork.

Gameplay
With 6 different modes to play with, each has its different things, the game will surely not disappoint. I found all modes brilliant and very fun, except endoscopy, because of the controls.. In order to go forward, you have to zoom in the Wii Remote while pointing it on the screen, and that could tire your arm from long operations. The game is also easy, with no option to select Hard mode. You can play with a friend in a cooperation operations. My favorite type of game is surgery, first aid and forensics.

Control
The Wii Remote and Nun chuck are accurate and respond well, the controls definitely got improved since the past 2 Trauma Center games. My only negative point in this is the endoscopy controls as I mentioned above.

Sound and music
Its an Atlus game, so surely the voice acting is a major key in its games. They are so brilliant and nice, they fit in their characters well too! Same can be said with the sounds of cutting, applying bandage, and ultrasound etc. As for the music, LOVE! <3

Final Score
I definitely suggest to not miss this game if you are a fan of Atlus, or heck even if you are a first timer in the TC series. This is the perfect game to jump into. It is fun, creative, and very enjoyable. It is even more enjoyable if you play it with a friend.
