a question about microsoft points

hi i live in kuwait and my 360 is pal=euro
everyone told me that if i want to buy the 4000 prepayed card for microsoft points i will need to find the euro one...

and in rihab i can only find the american one..
i asked who wouldnt it work they told me that my console should be ntsc in order to use the card

so i had an idea...
could my friend who has an NTSC 360 download my euro account on his consol and use the card?????
or could i make an american acount on my own console and use the card??
plz help

Why don't you use a Visa?
Or Sell or Trade You're Pal 360 and get an NTSC Console

try to make a us gamertag , its easy , if it did not worked , just tell me , cuz i have another idea.

just make a us account it doesn't matter if your console is ntcs or pal its all about the acount.. I once had a euro acount on my ntsc 360 and the american microsoft points didn't work on the euro account..
