ok will stop being silly and get back to the topic for me cant chose a specific game but the series that made me waste more time will be the FF and the suikoden series (hell getting all 108 stars of destiny take time) and if also mention ffxi(ffonline) playtime (1 year of sitting on the pc been playing since it got released in us) but i play most jrpgs so will stick to those 2 series :D

Only in 2 threads :P I was surprised because the games have excellent reviews and everyone on gaming forums likes them, I thought more people would have played them

played both 3 was really good but 4 is just the same with minor fixes (im not saying the story better than the other) the games are good but not good enough to be the best rpgs but as you say the game is really good but not known here(or not talked about alot) by many like Valkyria chronicle and Odin sphere :ck-355:

Yeah it's opinion but for me they are the best RPGs :P 4 was the same with minor fixes because 3 didn't have that much to fix I thought, and for me they have the best story and voice acting I have ever seen in an RPG moo il characters mal captain majid most RPGs have :P the characters were like real people and the story is based on myths from different countries

so you telling me you didnt get bored from the same routine of climbing tarturus till the highest floor you reach then w8 for the full moon while trying to raise social link /charm/courage/intellect so you can either score good in the test/with a girl you like but as for story i have no complaint since they ended it nicely in P3:fes as for 4 the best change i remember was being able to control the other characters as for story still didnt finish the game im in the detective arc after we caught the murdrer so dont spoil it for me :P

Tartarus was one of the things they fixed in 4 with different dungeons ;p P3 started out slow though I agree because the first couple of months you're only waiting for full moons, but later the story goes much quicker, and every RPG needs dungeons, Persona 3 just let you choose when you wanted to go to the dungeon and when you wanted to do sidequests instead of forcing you to do dungeon > town > dungeon > town like most other RPGs. I liked the battle system and the fusion/persona system, it made you think instead of just pressing Attack. I liked the S-links too but if you didn't like the battles or S-links I can see how you would get bored. I didn't like that it was always the same dungeon changing slightly but they changed it in 4, each dungeon has its own story and it represents the person that is the boss. The S-links are also much better in 4, and you don't have to grind social stats it happens more naturally.

4 has multiple endings and they're hard to get without a guide be careful :p
