The items below are all prizes in the tournament (even the spectators have a chance to win!)

Spectators: over 5 prizes are given away randomly to the spectators/players who lost

Quarter-Finals 1 match (Best of 7 rounds)
Semi-Finals best of 3 matches (Best of 5 rounds)

Finals best of 3 matches (Best of 7 rounds)
Only 1 character per player
IF A PLAYER WAS LATE TO HIS MATCH HE WILL BE DISQUALIFIED, Players on the waitlist will enter instead based on first come first serve basis.

Akuma is allowed.. and you can use whichever controller u prefer..as long as it works on ps3

The Double K.O Game was amazing Oo Saq Was 7adda amazing he made it to the 3rd place with just 1 month month of playing Experience v , Shika did a great job also but some big player didnt get a luck and they lost ( Sai , Larva , Ganoon ) they played good .

i just want to tell the 3rd one is black ghost and saq was the 2nd

Even with experience some matches proved that character disadvantage overkills skills, Ganoon vs OujiSama's Dhalsim clearly put most of his Blanka tricks out.

Also being aggressive proves fatal Behbahani lost he was very reckless and jumped too much against Boxers mighty low fierce of doom (MLFO :grin:), I was really disappointed @his performance in Tier 3.

I didn't get to see how Sai lost, I know he was against Sagat, who took the 4th spot.

The finale was really fun, so much pressure but Rotsu played very well loved how he countered boxers Ultra with an Ultra :).

Congratulations to all it was a fun experience hopefully next year it will be better.

Btw they should have but that Blonde milf from Al-Watan as a prize, Ganoon/Sai would have won knowing what prize awaits them :ck-355:

Truly amazing event, the shockwaves of the awesomeness is still with me, and it has made me play SF more than ever. I've never been in a tournament, and as a first I could not ask for better (Togeki you have competition), and to experience this all in my home country, Quako a million thank yous. You've truly established the dream of having the 'Tournament Scene' back in Kuwait, and like you said of how you wanted to give something back to the community, you've done exactly that. They already did a big Tekken 6 BR tourney, everyone has already moved to 6, DR is dead. Most likely they'll have a Tekken 6 BR console tourney in future (for all you pad players).

No joke, but the since the big event, video games finally felt different here in Kuwait as you all might agree. I only wish it stays this way, and only gets to what everyone hopes for Inshallah :). heheh wala sorry shabab its a combo of lazyness(break!) :p and the fact that the videos were recorded with a video cam (tapes), had to wait for the converter from amazon to convert the videos into data then upload them ;p

I think you misunderstood ;p, what i mean is that we will resume our work (movies upload/news/micro tournaments) starting augest to prepare for the season2 event (dec)

season 1 started march till june, season 2 will start augest till dec.

Based on the attendance of the micro tournaments will decide which games will be chosen for the december event! enjoy!

Lol Slayer mirror sounds right. BB has more priority now though but I wouldn't mind some casual GG games either. Been a while though and I think BB's slow-paced gameplay might influence my rusty Slayer, hehe.

Don't worry, my Slayer and GG skills have collected dust and rust, so it balances out. :P SF4 has influenced my GG skills, I once did a wakeup projectile attack as a way to chip damage in GG, then forgot that they can faultless defense it.

Just say the argument about live feed and direct to pc recording.

I was telling Qauko before the event he should make a DVD of the event, I think the direct feed should be on a DVD, cause it is more special with crowd reaction and so on.

Direct to pc recording should be on youtube.

Dude i wish it was laziness alone :p, i'll tell you what, if you can help me fix the 2 major problems i have with the videos they will be uploaded today!

ana 7ady noob eb sowalef el recording/media but heres what im facing up against now

from the cam point of view, 4 of the 6 tapes are succesfuly converted into my pc, but 2 of them are fine in video quality but when i try to record using my Hava device it doesn't display properly like a big static tashweesh that makes the video totaly unstable and not viewable at all, my guess is someone recorded the last 2 tapes with a different format or something.

For the other files they are 66gig so far, and i want to upload all of them at once, so i have to edit all of them with name tags + render them specially for youtube/dvd for late use which will result in the same size.

The other problem is i wanted a huge break after the tournament to discuss what happened and to analyze the work we did and come up with a good study to present to "Real" sponsors this time, so im sorry to say this the priority for the videos aren't as high as the other things i have in mind, and since we're understaffed the best thing i can do is delay the upload till august when i finish with my collage summer course.

But at the same time i still welcome any one trying to help out! ;p

Don't worry guys im gonna upload all videos, but the HQ ones will take time and the official event is all recorded via cam with audience reactions, im gonna try to upload the camera in a single file so you guys can browse through it freely :p

Quako the main problem the videos take up so much space is you encoded them in mpg. When I re-encoded it into xvid it took up MUCH less space. I believe you should focus on re-encoding the whole tourney on xvid. If you want I can do that for you. As for the tashweesh thingy I have no clue about that. And for the cam feed, it is possible to make a match video matching the audience reaction to each one, ala the infamous Justin Wong vs. Daigo video. Also I don't mind uploading the tourneys as well (multiple sources uploading different videos at the same time = faster).

I encode my videos now using H264 codec or X264, il 3alam al7een most of them have devices that can play those including PS3.

Oho il entire duration of the tournament cham sa3a ? 6 hours willa 7. With Xvid/H264/X264 tegdar t7e6 maybe 8 hours on 1 DVD, but it will only playback on DivX/Mp4 compatible players (PS3/360).

If you are using Dual Layer DVD's you can put 8 hours there as lower resolution Mpeg2.

Tashweesh thingy Quako could be from different video systems PAL/NTSC...change the system input configuration.

Hey dude; first of all nice vids on youtube.

Second, my logic is simple; I rather watch the final matches with Crowd Reaction; rather than boring YT "high quality" video. For example, the famous Daigo-Justin chun li ken match, it had the shittiest quality but the crowd reaction to what was happening made it all worth it.

I think the best solution is to have a sound recorder (to record the crowd reaction) and sync it with the high quality vids; for the next tournament inshallah.

Quako, whoever made the editing in the tourny seems like someone that knows about such things; let him upload the vids. Assuming it was not you who edited.
