The thing can move it's head but that's all they managed. I guess making it walk ain't that easy yet...

so what do you think? will there be time when tanks/fighter jets get replaced by huge flying robots? or is it just too much?

Personally, I think no. I mean even if they managed to make it move, it will be slow and hard to control.
