GOW2 gold-plated Lancer

Hi guys,
does anyone know how to download the gold-plated lancer?
i have the limited edition, but each time i try to download it , the download stops at 54%.
does anyone have it or is there any another way to get it? :angry:

This item can't be downloaded in this region <--- what i got or close to it when i try to download it so dunno about it and when i asked about it in the old forums nobody knew what to do so tough luck :ermm:
