no,it's appear it's PC Exclusive,and because FFXIII wasn't released on PC so They will get this.

FFXI didnt run on mac, and there is a high chance this wont as well, but you can always download a windows client on your mac and run it from there

A lot of things up to this date don't work on MAC. And i have a feeling that this one wont as well, at least not at day release. Of course assuming your not using Bootcamp.
