I've checked everywhere but couldn't find the reason behind the high latency for the past 3 or 4 days, anyone know whats up?

no idea dude ... but looks like qnet facing some serious problems which makes me hate my country -_-

same here my 2 mb connection is almost dail up i hate those problems and yes im qnet

You got it, i am on Q net and I've been experiencing quadruple my normal latency lately.

Edit: Not sure if its exclusively affecting Qnet customers.

Im United Networks and im too having bad connection for the past week, so its not just Qnet :P

its the Best ISP in Q8 compared 2 others, no problems @ all!

i'm sure that kems is the best ISP in kuwait lately..
i even made a test for Qnet and Kems in gaming.

kems ping was much better than Qnet. ( lower than qnet by 50MS )
i'll swtich to kems soon as my Subscription finish in qnet ^ - ^`

qnet 7adhom sakka lately ... even the costumer support 7ada 3aha .

Death Metalist, Get the Zain Router 7.2.... I think they sell it for 30 K.D/Month + i got it for free.... i also got a Wireless Aircard for free

browsing & downloading with E-go, VIVA Internet and W-Net would be perfect for your place, but for gaming and upload it TOTALLY SUCK

for gaming i guess 512k would be much better than these connections

I use the Zain Router on my Xbox 360 and PS3 and it works fine. I play Cod 4 and 5 with no Lag, and it's great for downloading demos.

Zain have download limitation which is 30GB/Month

If you passed 30GB within a month, they will reduce ur speed to 128kbps or 256kbps

IF you live in salwa i recommend FT over QNET (i live in block 10 btw)
